Terms of Service

Our games and sweepstakes are for adults who have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. You must satisfy the age, residency, and physical location requirements for the feature or promotion you use, including any higher minimum age in its Official Rules or applicable law.

Availability varies by location. Being able to open the website does not establish eligibility. Do not participate where prohibited or use false information, a VPN, or another location-masking tool to bypass restrictions.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. Use your account only for yourself; do not share, sell, or transfer it. Unless we expressly allow otherwise, maintain only one registered account. Creating additional accounts to claim repeated bonuses or evade a restriction is prohibited.

Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable evidence of account ownership or eligibility before restoring access or allowing restricted features.

Pearls are virtual items for entertainment within our games. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the features we provide. A Pearl balance is not a bank account or a sweepstakes prize balance. Purchased Pearls do not expire.

Purchases are optional. Review the price and contents before confirming, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Purchases and refund requests made through the App Store or Google Play are handled under that store’s policies. Other purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Your statutory refund and consumer rights remain available.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win a sweepstakes. Buying something does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, any sweepstakes or prize promotions offered by Rip Emporium.

Where we expressly offer a sweepstakes, it is separate from ordinary play with Pearls and is governed by our Sweepstakes Rules and the Promotion Details supplied for that promotion (together, its “Official Rules”). Promotional entries are not sold, are not deposits, and cannot be traded between players.

Each promotion’s Official Rules must identify its sponsor, eligible ages and locations, entry period, free entry method, entry limits, prizes, how winners are determined, odds or how odds are determined, and claim requirements. Read those rules before participating and use the free entry method they describe.

These Terms do not announce a particular sweepstakes or replace its Official Rules. An activity without published Official Rules is not offered as a sweepstakes under these Terms. The Official Rules control any conflict about that promotion; these Terms otherwise apply.

Only eligible, verified participants can claim prizes under the relevant Official Rules. A screen display or unverified balance alone does not establish a prize entitlement. Claims may require proof of identity, age, residence, and relevant tax information through the secure process designated for the promotion.

Prize types, claim deadlines, redemption limits, and delivery methods must be disclosed in the Official Rules. We may review claims for errors, fraud, or eligibility issues before fulfillment. You are responsible for taxes legally payable by you on a prize. We will not require a purchase or payment to us to release a sweepstakes prize.

When using the services, you must not:

• Cheat, collude, exploit errors, manipulate results, or use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation to play or obtain entries.
• Submit false documents, impersonate someone, misuse payment methods, or abuse bonuses, free entries, or account recovery.
• Interfere with security or availability, access another person’s account, harass others, or use the services unlawfully.

Report suspected errors to support. We may investigate and correct demonstrable transaction or display errors using the relevant records, subject to applicable law and the promotion’s Official Rules.

Play for recreation, within time and spending limits you can afford. Games and sweepstakes are not a source of income, and previous results do not promise future wins. You can stop playing at any time.

If play is causing concern, take a break and contact us for help closing your account. Do not open another account to get around a restriction put in place for your safety. Account-deletion instructions are on our support page.

We may limit or suspend access to investigate suspected misuse, protect accounts, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms. We may close an account for a substantiated breach and will provide notice where required. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Features may change or become unavailable. Any valid outstanding prize claim, purchase refund, or other entitlement will be handled under the applicable rules and law. Closing an account does not itself request a refund or erase records that must be retained; see our data-retention policy.

Go Terminal Limited and its licensors retain their rights in the games, software, artwork, branding, and other content. We permit personal use of the services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Third-party sign-in, payment, and app-store services also have their own terms. Their availability does not mean those providers sponsor or administer our promotions.

We work to keep the services reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available, without additional implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, or excuses our obligation to fulfill valid prizes under the applicable Official Rules.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. We will give notice of material changes and request acceptance when required by law. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively change the rules for an entry already accepted.

Please contact us with any concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to contact a regulator or pursue remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
